Smooth Movement, Precise Adjustments – Integrated level for precise positioning, plus twist to unlock/lock knurled control ring to keep you locked in. +/- 9.0 degress of levling capability. Low-profile, robust aluminum construction supports heavy optics while remaining incredibly smooth to operate. Compatible with most tripod-ready optics (1/4"-20 top thread). For use with the Vortex High Country™ II, Summit™ Carbon II, and Ridgeview™ Carbon tripods - or any tripod with 3/8"-16 thread.

STEP 1

Please print and fill out the Warranty Repair Form (.pdf)  

STEP 2

Ship your product in a cardboard shipping carton to the following address:

N1L 1B2

We ask that you pay for shipping one way to us and we will cover the cost of return shipping to you.

STEP 3

Once we receive your product we will evaluate your product and repair it at no charge. Some items will need to be shipped to Vortex USA for repair, Vortex Canada will cover all costs associated with shipping and brokerage to and from the USA.  Should your item not be repairable, a replacement will be sent.
 

STEP 4

Vortex Canada will promptly ship the repaired item back to you at no charge.
