9 months ago I have the razor 11-33x50 angled. I upgrade from a viper 15-45x65 angled and I am very happy with my new Razor! It is light and compact and the magnification range is perfect for my needs.

Please print and fill out the Warranty Repair Form (.pdf)  

STEP 2

Ship your product in a cardboard shipping carton to the following address:

We ask that you pay for shipping one way to us and we will cover the cost of return shipping to you.

STEP 3

Once we receive your product we will evaluate your product and repair it at no charge. Some items will need to be shipped to Vortex USA for repair, Vortex Canada will cover all costs associated with shipping and brokerage to and from the USA.  Should your item not be repairable, a replacement will be sent.
 

STEP 4

Vortex Canada will promptly ship the repaired item back to you at no charge.
