9 months ago Just mounted my second Vortex riflescope on my new Sako Finnlight 30 06, a Vortex Viper HS 4-16 x 50 BDC. Magnification adjuster was a bit stiff at first, but nice clear glass and didn't break the bank. Really impressed with the big field of view, I'd recommend this scope to anyone!

STEP 2

Ship your product in a cardboard shipping carton to the following address:

We ask that you pay for shipping one way to us and we will cover the cost of return shipping to you.

STEP 3

Once we receive your product we will evaluate your product and repair it at no charge. Some items will need to be shipped to Vortex USA for repair, Vortex Canada will cover all costs associated with shipping and brokerage to and from the USA.  Should your item not be repairable, a replacement will be sent.
 

STEP 4

Vortex Canada will promptly ship the repaired item back to you at no charge.
